If you have a hard time trying to find something to smile about then close your eyes and think about a happy memory to help.

2. Get moving- Physical and mental health are connected, and exercise is a natural mood lightener and stress reliever. When you are physically active this encourages the production and release of endorphins, natural feel good chemicals produced in your own brain.You don’t have to compete in an Iron Man contest, just go for a walk or take a bike ride.
